Objectives

⦁ To act as an employers’ organization to safeguard and promote the rights and interests of employers in the industrial, commerce, and service sectors.
⦁ To embrace changes in the global economy and contribute significantly and effectively to the development of open market policies and economic growth from the private sector’s perspective.
⦁ Recognizing industry and commerce as the backbone of the nation’s economic development, to undertake necessary initiatives for the growth and expansion of these sectors, bringing about positive changes in the national economy.
⦁ To uphold harmony, integrity, and tolerance in the industrial and commercial sectors while establishing principles of corporate social responsibility, ethical values, norms, and professional codes of conduct.
⦁ To study, analyze, review, and organize discussions, seminars, and interactions on issues, laws, rules, policies, plans, and programs directly or indirectly affecting economic development. To present findings, feedback, and suggestions to relevant authorities, draw their attention, and continuously monitor for effective implementation.
⦁ To collaborate and coordinate with national and international organizations and institutions with similar objectives to conduct awareness programs, studies, research, analysis, training, and dialogue.
⦁ To organize, manage, and participate in exhibitions and trade fairs related to industry, commerce, and other relevant subjects.
⦁ To assist in implementing various laws and regulations issued by the Government of Nepal related to industry, commerce, and revenue, providing timely advice and recommendations.
⦁ To resolve or facilitate the resolution of any business disputes, disagreements, or misunderstandings through mutual dialogue, goodwill, and mediation.
